Fells Point Privateer Day
Fell’s Point is Baltimore’s first deepwater port, and hence befitting home to the annual rememberence of the privateers, who part-took in the American Navy's fight against the British during the 1812 War. In 2008, on its fourth gathering, the festival encourages all visitors to dress as privateers, pirates, wenches and alike . . .

Part of Fells Point's annual Privateer Day, the Bond Street Warf Park hosted a Living History Camp, where capable impersonators demonstrated all things pirate-like, sounding off frequent pistol fires audible in a mile radius and beyond.
