USS Constellation : Cannon on the Inner Harbor | 2007-11-01

This is one of many preliminary, raw shots of the USS Constellation. On the lower deck, behind the Captain's Corners there are cannons lined up along their windows. Although these cannons stand still, during your visit you may catch a demonstartion of another getting fired on the upper deck. Don't forget your earplugs.

This is one of many preliminary, raw shots of the USS Constellation. The Captain's Quarters will really get you imaging yourself on the ship in its hayday. Complete with the large dining/meeting table, there are smaller cabins opening off the side of the main room, providing for humble, perhaps even rough yet complete comfort.

This is one of many preliminary, raw shots of the USS Constellation. Although not a drop of water can be seen in the image, this is the last Civil War ere vessel still afloat. It is anchored in the Inner Harbor of downtown Baltimore, and is a central character on the waterfront promenade surrounded by shopping, hotel and office highrises.
